About Goli

Goli Nossoni joined the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering as an associate professor in Spring 2018. Dr. Nossoni鈥檚 background and research activities are in the areas of structural engineering, sustainability, and civil engineering materials. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University (MSU), respectively. Prior to MSU, she obtained her B.S. degree in civil engineering from University of Zanjan in Iran. Her doctoral study focused on Holistic Electrochemical and Mechanical Modeling of Corrosion-induced Cracking in Concrete Structures. In addition, Goli serves as an undergraduate civil engineering program coordinator as well as advisor for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Student Chapter at the university.
