About Rachel

A proud alumnus of the University of New Haven, I earned my B.A. in Psychology during my undergraduate years. Following graduation, I spent four years in the staffing industry, successfully placing talented professionals across a wide range of sectors including accounting and finance, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofit, and more.

Now, I’ve returned to the University of New Haven with a dual purpose: I’m currently pursuing my M.S. in Human Resources with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, and I’ve joined the Career Development Center as an Employer Relations Manager.

I’m excited to combine my industry ºÚÁÏÉç with my deep understanding of the university community to build strategic partnerships with top employers and help our students secure meaningful opportunities — both during their academic journey and beyond.
